Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7ac77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access, and use of the 7ac77 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, payment processing, and customer support services offered through the platform.

All financial transactions on 7ac77 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and bet settlements — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied or required. 7ac77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on 7ac77:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 7ac77 will not process deposits made from third-party accounts, and any such deposits may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ac77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and the 7ac77 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ac77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 7ac77 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 7ac77 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability
